AYSA Referee Survey
Updated Nov 19, 2014
As we have mentioned in earlier emails to our AYSA referees, we are asking everyone to help by participating in our new 2014 Referee Survey. It is now posted and ready for you to complete. The link to the survey is included below.
We believe the results from this questionnaire will answer some important questions for our program. It will help us understand why people decide to start reffing, and why they sometimes stop reffing, and also identify the factors that affect those decisions. The objective of this survey is to provide information and statistics that can assist us in deciding where changes and improvements can be made for the betterment of our referee program. Your experienced referee feedback will definitely help us develop targeted strategies for improving training, assigning and referee retention.
I know that you are busy, and have lots of stuff to do this time of year, (like trying to keep warm). But if you could just take a few minutes to complete your survey it will be much appreciated. After you click on the link you will be taken directly to the start of the survey. Follow the directions for each question. It will ask you to select from multiple choice answers or fill in short replies. Just remember to click on the DONE button at the end of the survey. That's all there is to it! It will likely take you less than 5 minutes. Please log on and do yours today. You will have two weeks, until December 5th, to complete your survey.
Thank you in advance for your assistance, and for all of your hard work throughout the soccer season.
